Helen Hunt, Scarlett Johansson, and Tom Wilkinson star in this adaptation of an Oscar Wilde play about a New York socialite who spends the summer trying to attract the attentions of an English aristocrat on the Amalfi Coast during the 1930s. The high society drama make this period peace trudge.

Grade: C.
